The final policy must cover:

• Use of Zeffy (payment processor) for donations
• Use of Clerk (authentication provider) for Partner Portal accounts
• Use of Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, Workers, R2 storage)
• Use of Squarespace Email Campaigns (email marketing)
• Use of Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, no personal data collection)
• Use of Resend (transactional email for contact form submissions)
• Contact information for privacy requests
• Data categories stored (see Technical Architecture Section 18, Data Retention table)
